The issue remains as to what that CSR serial was all about, as you are supposed to be able to choose your free processor in your IK User Area under 'Promotions' and I don't know why that would just get added so I would double-check with support on that but also check your IK User Area --> Promotions to see if you get to choose a T-RackS processor. Did an ik employee send these? I haven't found an email where we don't name the registered product so that is probably what sticks out the most to me. You would need to look at the headers to find the actual email addresses as any can be spoofed so I wouldn't rely on that to identify. I'd assume this is not legit first, and report it to support.
